Company Profile Form Flow
Below you'll see the form flow used to populate the Company Profile Page, where job seekers can learn more about a company listed on Built In. According to site data, users who look at a company profile before looking at jobs are nearly 50% more likely to apply for jobs with that company.
The form flow includes a left navigation and progress indicator to encourage users to bring their company page to completeness. There are graphic identifier icons at the top of each page to permit the user to recall where they left off in the process, and coaching text to guide them along the way.
The company can add a website link, a brief company description and a cultural video and picture gallery. There are also affordances to permit the addition of an employee Q&A section, as well as defining what perks are offered and what technology stack is utilized by the company. On the final section, the user can grant admin permissions to others who can assist them in populating the page.
